CHUTAK


 

Chutak power station is run-of-the-river scheme with an installed capacity of 44 MW(4X11 MW) to harnesses the Hydropower potential of river Suru (a tributary of Indus river) which is located in Kargil district of Union Territory of Ladakh. The Power Station was commissioned in the year 2012-13. The layout plan, features and photo gallery of the Power Station are detailed below.
