Quality Management System(QMS)
Vigilance Division of NHPC Ltd, has established an QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) which meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. The system has been implemented in relation to all the activities of Vigilance Division.
Quality Manual describes the Quality Management System – Requirements adopted by Vigilance Division of NHPC Limited, (NHPC), Faridabad. The Manual lays down the Procedures and measures for ensuring the quality of vigil, monitoring of complaints and disciplinary cases, bringing the transparency/awareness among the employees about the rules and regulations of NHPC by regularly conducting vigilance appreciation programmes and providing a confidence to the top management of NHPC about the effectiveness of measures adopted by the Vigilance Division.
This Quality Management System Manual sets down a uniform structure to help to:
- Identify the common elements of the existing Management Systems
- Introduce common approaches to Management Reviews and Internal Audits
- Improve the focus and adopt an integrated approach on Risk Management
