  • Final DPR submitted to IBN/GoN on 12.03.2025
  • Discussions on-going with IBN for early accord of Technical Clearance and finalization of concessions & Financial Framework.
B. HYDRO JV WITH OTHER AGENCIES – in Nepal
1PHUKOT KARNALI HE PROJECT (624 MW)Vidhyut Utpadan Company Limited (VUCL), Nepal
  • MOU for joint implementation of the Project (on JV basis) signed with VUCL on 31.08.2023.
  • NHPC and VUCL are in discussion for finalization of the Project Development Agreement (PDA) / Joint Venture Agreement for early commencement of the Project.
