Implementation of Integrity Pact for Major Contract Packages of NHPC Limited

A Memorandum of Understanding for implementation of Integrity Pact in NHPC has been signed between CMD, NHPC and Transparency International India (TII) on 15.05.2009.
The proposed Integrity Pact shall be applicable for procurement of works, goods and services having estimated cost above the threshold limits as under :-

• For Procurement of works - Rs. 100 Lacs
• For Procurement of goods - Rs. 7 Lacs.
• For Procurement of services - Rs. 15 Lacs.

To oversee the implementation of the Integrity Pact, following Independent External Monitor (IEM) as under has been appointed with the consent of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC):

• Dr. Vinod Aggarwal, IAS (Retd.)
• Shri Prabhash Singh, ITS (Retd.)
