Revenue Realization/Performance
- Achieved cumulative realization of Rs. 7954.53 Crs. including realization of Rs. 208.35 Crs. of power trading upto 31.03.2023 during the FY 2022-23.
- Cumulative billing upto 31.03.2023 during the year 2022-23 is Rs. 7983.66 Crs. Including billing of Rs.261.38 Crs. of Power Trading Cell.
- Dues for more than 45 days upto 31.03.2023 is Rs.54.12Crs.
- Pending outstanding dues amounting to Rs.1411.32 Crs in respect of JKPCL,J&K and Rs 18.09 Crs in respect of TANGEDCO have been converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) in line with the Electricity (Late Payment Surcharge and Related matters) Rules, 2022 notified by Ministry of Power(MOP) on 03.06.2022. In respect of JKPCL, J&K the amount is payable in 28 nos. of installments of Rs. 50.40 Crs each and in respect of TANGEDCO, the amount is payable in 48 installments of Rs. 0.37 Crs each. The installments fall due on 5th of every month.
- Pending outstanding dues of power trading cell amounting to Rs.27.79 Crs in respect of JKPCL,J&K and Rs 3.12 Crs in respect of TANGEDCO have been converted into Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) in line with the Electricity (Late Payment Surcharge and Related matters) Rules, 2022 notified by Ministry of Power(MOP) on 03.06.2022. In respect of JKPCL, J&K the amount is payable in 12 installments of Rs. 2.32 Crs each and in respect of TANGEDCO, the amount is payable in 48 installments of Rs. 0.06 Cr each. The installments fall due on 5th of every month.
- PPA has been signed between CSPDCL, Chhattisgarh and LTHPL, Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Ltd. with validity of 40 years for Teesta-VI project on 21.07.2022
- PPA for Bairasiul (180MW) power station with BRPL, Delhi has been renewed on 15.06.2022 for 25 years from COD.
- Supplementary PPA has been signed between NHPC and RUVNL on 29.07.2022 in respect of Sewa-II and Uri-II Power Station for extension of validity period till balance useful life of the project.
- 113 MW surrendered power of Subansiri lower HEP (2000MW) by Delhi DISCOMs has been reallocated to Chhattisgarh by Ministry of Power on 25.07.2022.
- PPA for Dibang multipurpose HE Project (2800MW), Arunachal Pradesh with CSPDCL, Chhattisgarh has been signed on 17.02.2023 for 40 years from COD.
- Comments on Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2022 has been submitted on 04.08.2022.
