1. Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:
   1. Bids of those Bidders who have not submitted the requisite Cost of bidding document and EMD (as per Instructions to Bidders (ITB) Clause 3.0 & 4.0) shall not be considered for evaluation, except in case of exemption as per Clause No. 3.2 & Clause No. 4.1 of ITB.

 

1. The bidders must fulfil the following minimum Qualifying Criteria:-

 

1. Qualification Criteria:

 

• The bidder should have PAN No., GST Registration No., EPF Registration No.

 

• Average annual financial turnover during the last three (03) financial years ending 31st March of previous financial year should be at least 30% of the Estimated Cost* i.e. at least Rs. 98,040/-.

 

• Satisfactorily completed, in last Seven (07) years (ending last day of the month of previous to the one in which applications are invited) should be either of the following:-

 

1. )   Three (03) “similar completed works”, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.
2.  
3. )   Two (02) “similar completed works”, each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of  the estimated cost.
4.  
5. )    One (01) “similar completed works”, each costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost.

 

• Similar nature of work is defined as ““calibration hospital equipments”.

Self-attested copies of relevant documents such as ‘Letter of Award’ along with ‘Completion Certificate’ mentioning date of completion and final executed amount’ should be submitted by the bidders in this regard. In case of experience certificates produced by the bidder for having executed works for Private Organizations, TDS Certificates shall also be produced along with experience certificate.
 

• The bidder should have valid NABL Certificate of Accreditation for onsite calibration of all instruments mentioned in the Bill of Quantities, in accordance with the standard ISO/IEC17025:2005. The certificate shall be valid for the entire Contract Period and submitted along with tender documents.
