SALAL


Salal power station is run-of-the-river scheme with an installed capacity of 690 MW (Stage-I of 3 x115 MW & Stage-II 3 X 115 MW) to harnesses the Hydropower potential of river Chenab. The Power Station was commissioned in the year 1987, 1993, 1994 &1995. The layout plan features and photo gallery of the Power Station are detailed below.
