Jalpower Corporation Limited (JPCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NHPC, hosted its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2nd September 2023 through video conferencing from its site office at Sikkip, Distt: Soreng, Sikkim. During the meeting, Shri Biswajit Basu, Chairman, JPCL addressed the shareholders at the AGM wherein Board members of JPCL Shri R. P. Sharma, Shri U. S. Sahi, Shri Anuj Kapoor and Smt. Manjusha Mishra were present. Shri Ram Swaroop, CEO, JPCL, Dr. Trilochan Behera, CFO, JPCL, Smt. Priyanka, CS, JPCL, Shri Sushil Das from Statutory Auditor of JPCL and Smt. Garima Duggal from Secretarial Auditor of JPCL were also present.
During the AGM, the Chairman highlighted performance of the company and status of its under construction project.
