3. Registration for online bidding
3.1.1. Bidder will be required to pay annual registration fees of Rs. 2868 (Rs 2600 Subscription fees + Rs 268 Service Tax), however, those vendors /Bidders who have already registered during past one year for participating in NHPC’s Tender through E-Procurement system, need not required to pay annual registration fees. The bidder will also required to pay per tender participation fees of Rs. 414 (Rs. 375 participation fees + Rs. 39 Service tax) in the form of separate demand drafts in favour of “mjunction services limited” payable at New Delhi.
