OPEN TENDER ENQUIRY
Sub: - Supply of fully Automated Capacitance and Tan Delta Kit.
Sealed quotation are hereby invited on behalf of NHPC Ltd, DPS, Kishtwar only from Authorized dealer/Distributor/Manufacturer of reputed MAKE for supply of fully Automated Capacitance and Tan Delta Kit as per enclosed Annexure-II on the terms and condition given below, in two separate envelopes each sealed and clearly identified as to envelopes number and contents as indicated below. Both envelopes shall be contained in a larger envelope superscribed “TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF fully Automated Capacitance and Tan Delta Kit” and NIT NO mentioned above.
ENVELOPE No.1 (TECHNO COMERCIAL BID)
Envelope No.1 shall contain following documents:-
1. Photocopy of valid sales tax registration certificate & PAN Card.
- Authorized Dealer/Distributor/Manufacturer certificate of REPUTED MAKE.
- Receipt of Cost of tender documents of Rs.1000/- (Non refundable) as per instructions.
- Earnest money deposit of Rs. 1,05,000/- as per clause no.-10
- Annexure- I, III, IV, V & VI duly filled/signed by bidder.
- A blank schedule of Quantities and prices of Annexure-II duly signed & stamped by the bidder. Rates should not be filled here.
If the firm do not attach Authorized dealership/distributor/Manufacturer certificate in the envelop no.1, the tender documents are liable to be rejected by the corporation in this regard.
Envelope No.2 (Price Bid) shall contain only schedule of items and rates duly filled in and signed. No commercial terms or technical specifications shall be enclosed with above schedule of items and rates by the tenderer in this envelope. If any terms and conditions are attached in this envelope, those shall stand null & void. The rates should be in figure as well as in words also. This envelope shall be superscribed as Envelope No.2.
Tender document can also be purchased from the office of Manager (Proc), NHPC Ltd., DPS, Kishtwar, (J&K)-182206 or may be downloaded from NHPC website http/www.nhpcindia.com. The application for purchase of Tender Documents from 21/07/2010, must be accompanied by Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 1000/- (extra Rs. 100/- if desired by post) non refundable towards the cost of Tender Documents payable at SBI, Kishtwar drawn in favour of NHPC Ltd. The tenderer who down load the tender documents from the internet site www.nhpcindia.com would have to pay the cost of tender documents online and submit its receipt in Envelop no-1. NHPC will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss of tender documents.
The quotation must reach in the office of the Manager (Procurement), NHPC Ltd, Dulhasti Power Station, Kishtwar, Distt. Kishtwar (J&K)-182206 on or before 20-08-2010. (Up to 3 PM) & shall be opened only Techno commercial bids on same day at 3:30PM Tenders received late on account of any reasons whatsoever and telegraphic tenders shall not be entertained. The date and time of opening of Envelope No.2 shall be intimated separately after opening of Envelope No.1
