Notice Inviting Tender
Estate & Facility Management Services Division, Sector-41, Sarai Khwaza, Faridabad on behalf of NHPC Limited invites tenders in sealed covers for Allotment of Shops on right of use basis for limited period of two years at NHPC Residential Complex, Sarai Khawaza, Sector-41, Faridabad, as detailed below up to 15:00 Hrs on 18.08.2010 in the office of Sr. Manager(M), E&FMSD-Residential complex. The tender will be opened at 15.30 Hrs on 18.08.2010.

Note:-
- The tenders are to be submitted in sealed envelope Super-scribing “Tender for Allotment of shops on right of use basis for limited period of two years at Residential Complex, Sarai Khawaza, Sector-41, Faridabad Shop No. and purpose to be mentioned specifically on the envelope. In case the shop No. and purpose for which it is being tendered is not written in the envelope, the tender will be rejected as “Non Responsive”.
- Shops in Col. II are to be used for the purpose shown in Col. IV. Allottee in any case shall not be permitted to use the premises for any other purpose.
- The successful bidder will have to execute an agreement and non- transferable two surety bonds on non judicial stamp papers of the requisite value, each surety shall be for Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only).
- The highest bidder to the tender will be allotted the shop for an initial period of two years. The allotment can be extended for further period of 2 years at the discretion of management.
- Documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Manager (M), E&FMSD-Residential Colony, Sector-41, Faridabad w.e.f 21.07.2010 to 14.08.2010 upto 5.00 PM on all working days. Request for tender documents must accompany a fee Rs. 150.00 through demand draft in favour of NHPC Limited payable at Faridabad or The interested parties can down load / purchase the Bid documents from NHPC web site after making online payment towards cost of tender document. The parties who have downloaded the tender document through website will submit a letter of confirmation to this office along with “Online payment receipt” on or before 18/08/2010. Sale of Tender Document on counter will be stopped three days before date fixed for opening of tender.
6. The Demand Draft in respect of Earnest Money Deposit as indicated in Col. III should be submitted in separate sealed envelope containing tender without which the tender will be summarily rejected.
7. The bidder shall apply for a shop for the specific purpose as per Col.–IV above only. In any case no Permit holder shall have right to hold more than one permit (Shop).
8. NHPC Limited reserves the right of allotment or rejection of any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever
