Subject: - NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION/TENDER for Supply of Two No. of Quad Core Processor High Performance Tower Server to Kishanganga H.E.Project, Bandipora.
Sealed Quotation on behalf of NHPC Ltd., Kishanganga HE Project, Bandipora, (J&K), indicating the enquiry No. and the date of opening of tender on the top of cover is invited from the manufacturer or authorized Distributor/Dealer for the supply of “Two No. of Quad Core Processor High Performance Tower Server” to Kishanganga HE Project, Bandipora as per following annexure enclosed herewith:-
(1) Annexure-I : GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Tender Enquiry)
(2) Annexure-II : SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES (Part-A, Part-B & Part-C)
The tender documents containing detailed General terms and conditions and schedule & prices can be purchased from the office of the undersigned from 18.06.2010 to 09.07.2010 (Time 15:00 Hrs.), during working hours, against Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in favour of NHPC Ltd., payable at Bandipora along with an application. The same can also be downloaded from our website: http://www.nhpcindia.com in this case the tenderer would have to pay the cost of tender document i.e. Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) online and submit its receipt at the time of submission of tender document in separate cover marked as receipt for online payments towards cost of tender document.
Tender documents requested by mail will be dispatched by registered/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 100.00. The authority inviting tenders will not be held responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same.
Receipt of applications for issue of tender document by post will be stopped from 1600 hrs., seven days before the date fixed for opening of tenders. Sale of tender forms on the counter will be stopped three days before the date fixed for opening of tenders.
The Tender should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 12.07.2010 at 3.00 PM. Tender for Technical Bid & EMD will be opened in the office of the undersigned on 12.07.2010 at 3.30 PM in the presence of tenderers/representatives who choose to be present. The Bid submitted by the Bidder shall be in two separate parts:
Part I, This shall be named as “Technical Bid” and shall comprise of:
(i) For bidding documents downloaded from the website, the receipt for the online payment towards cost of the bidding documents placed in a separate cover, marked “receipt for online payment towards cost of bidding document downloaded from the internet”.
(ii) Earnest money deposit or copy of valid NSIC’s registration certificate in a separate cover marked “EMD”.
(iii) Detailed technical specification of the offered products, literature/Catalogue, PAN (Permanent account Number)/TIN and the current income tax challan, Declaration of firm under Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and Declaration that the information furnished with the bid documents is correct in all respect etc.
(iv) Any other information/documents required to be completed and submitted by bidders.
Part II, It shall be named “Financial Bid” and shall comprise of price bid along with commercial terms and conditions.
All the above two parts separately sealed shall be kept inside a Third Envelope, which shall be sealed and indicated on the top of the envelope as No; NH/KGHP/ IT/Proc.(D)-70/PR-14/2010/533-554 Dated: 15.06.10 and due date of opening on 12.07.2010 in bold letters.
The envelope containing Technical Bid offer will be opened first and price bid will be opened only of those bidders whose technical offer and EMD/NSIC Certificate accepted by Competent Authority. The information regarding opening of financial bids will be intimated to successful bidders before opening of financial bids. If nothing is mentioned on the envelope, the quotation will not be considered and straight way rejected as non-responsive.
