3.0 The request duly accompanied by a non refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- per document must clearly state “request for Bid document for Purchase of ‘’Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Power Transformer of Capacity 5MVA’’ at Loktak Power Station..”. The Non refundable fee towards the Cost of tender document may be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft favouring “NHPC Ltd.” payable at SBI Loktak HEPA Branch, Code-5329. Prospective Bidder may collect the documents in person or through authorised agent on all working days during the stipulated period of sale of bid document
OR
The entire Bid document can be downloaded from NHPC website http//www.nhpcindia.com between 12.04.10 to 11.05.10. The interested parties who have down loaded the Bid document from NHPC web site shall submit the entire bid document along with non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft favoring NHPC Ltd.” payable at SBI Loktak HEPA Branch, Code-5329 towards the cost of Bid documents
Note: Mere issuance of Bid document to prospective Bidder shall not be construed that such a bidder automatically fulfills the prescribed eligibility criteria. Whether the bidder meets the specific eligibility criteria or not, shall be checked or ascertained, on opening their bids by scrutinizing documentary evidences furnished by them along with their Bid. NHPC Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all bids and shall not be bound to assign any reasons for such rejection.
4.0 Bids contained in sealed envelops shall be received and opened on scheduled date and time mentioned at para 1.0 as above. Bids received late, shall be rejected.
