No. NH/PP-II/M(M&T)/Disposal/10/                 Dated: 09/07/10 CIRCULAR The disposal of old & used vehicle against NIT attached will be done exclusively for NHPC Employees (including retired/ voluntary retired) on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. Offers from the interested bidders shall be received up to 12.08.2010 (3.00 PM) and shall be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day in the office of the undersigned. All the interested NHPC Employees (including retired/VRS) are hereby requested to participate in the tender on the schedule date & time. The vehicle will be sold against the highest bid. The bid amount by the highest bidder will have to be deposited in the shape of Demand Draft payable at SBI, Bhuntar within 30 days from the issue of letter of award. Manager (M&T)
